1cupoats
3cupswateror plant milk
200groasted pumpkin
2tbshoneyagave or maple syrup to taste
2tbswalnuts
1tbsflaxseedground
1/2tbscinnamon
Instructions
Bring the water to a boil in a small pot and add the oats. Reduce the heat and stir continuously for about 5-7 minutes.
In the last minute add the nuts, the cinnamon and the sweetener.
Serve in a bowl and garnish each serving with roasted pumpkin, walnuts and flaxseed.
