500gsweet potatoes yams
3-4tbsolive oil
1-2sprigs of rosemary
Salt to taste
Black pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200. Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks. Put them in a large bowl.
Add the olive oil to the potatoes and mix well. Then season with salt, pepper and finely chopped rosemary and mix well again. Every potato must be covered with spices.
Place in a heated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden. Serve with your preferred sauce.
