Salad with beetroot and walnuts
Easy and healthy - salad with red beet and walnuts, rich in vitamins and healthy fats.

- 200 g of red beets boiled and peeled
- 100 g mixed greens salad
- 1 red onion fresh or marinated
- 1 handful of walnuts
For the dressing
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs white balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Wash the salad green well and if needed break it into large pieces. Cut the beet in cubes and add to the salad. Cut the onions and add into the salad.
In a cup, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the dressing over the salad and generously sprinkle with walnuts.
