Avocado toast

Super easy, fast and healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado ripe
  • 2 slices bread
  • Salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  • Toast two slices of wholegrain bread. When the bread is really fresh I even skip the toast.
  • Cut the avocado I halves and remove the seed. Take the avocado meat out using a large spoon, cut in slices and top up the bread. season with salt and pepper.

Notes

If you like spicy you can use sprinkle some chili flakes. If you wish you could add some raw nuts or seeds.
