250gred lentils
1onion
2cloves garlic
1carrot
1lbio vegetable stock
1tscumin powder
1/2tsCoriander powder
1bay leave
1/2Lemonjuice only

Instructions
Peel the onion, the carrot and the garlic and cut finely. Steam them in 3 tablespoons of olive oil at medium power for 2-3 minutes.
Wash the lentil with cold water and add it into the saucepan. Pour with a vegetable bouillon, add the dried spices and let it simmer for around 15 minutes.
When the lentil is boiled, pull out the bay-leave, strain and flavor with a freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper.
