Ingredients
300gseitanmarinated
1onion
1clove ofgarlic
1cupred wine
2tbsolive oil
100gbutton mushrooms optional
saltto taste
black pepperto taste
1tbsvegetable seasoning
1cupwater
1stalk of fresh rosemary
Instructions
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté in olive oil on medium heat. Dice the seitan and the mushrooms and add to the pan, let it simmer.
Pour in the red wine, add water, spices and rosemary.
Allow the meal to simmer for about 30 minutes, the sauce should reduce and thicken. If it’s not thick enough, you can help it a little by adding a tablespoon of flour.
