Ingredients
1/2cupquinoa
1apple or other fruit
1tbs shredded coconut if desired
1tbs flax seed grounded
2tbs honey, agave syrup or another sweetener
2tbs hazelnutsor other nuts
2tbs cranberry dried natural
Instructions
Rinse the quinoa thoroughly to wash away the bitter taste.
Cook it (in 1 cup of quinoa to 2 ½ cups of water ratio) for about 15 minutes.
Add honey or other natural sweetener. Garnish with fruits, nuts, shredded coconut and flaxseed.
