CINNAMON DONUTS
Cinnamon donuts, which could be easily prepared as a vegan dessert or breakfast– just need some plant based yogurt.

For the dough
- 300 g soy yogurt or other vegan option
- 2 cup flour
- 3 tbs brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 1 ts baking soda
- 1 ts cinnamon
- 1/3 cup frying oil for the pan
For sprinkling
- 1 tbs Powdered sugar or coconut sugar
- 1/2 ts cinnamon
Mix the yogurt with the baking soda, sugar and cinnamon, then gradually add the flour. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Heat the vegetable oil in a small saucepan, scoop a spoonful of dough with oiled spoon and fry on both sides.
Roll the ready donuts in the mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
