Ingredients

  • 2 bananas ripe
  • 2 tbs chia if desired
  • 2 tbs peanut tahini
  • 2 tbs raw cocoa
  • 2 tbs honey or a few dates
  • 300 ml nut milk or else

Instructions

  • Soak the chia seeds in 100 ml nut milk (or other milk) for 10 minutes. If you want to let them rest overnight, put them in the fridge.
  • Put all ingredients in a blender and pulse until obtaining a smooth mixture.
