- 500-600 g potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 300-400 г green peas frozen or canned
- 1 cups canned chopped tomatoes or tomato sause or fresh tomatoes
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs dried mint
- 1 cups of water
- salt by taste

Green pea is not only very delicious vegetable, but it’s full of very important and healthy ingredients. The combination of vitamins B1, B2, B6, C and iron automatically makes it a very strong fighter against fatigue, anemia, solves the problem with studying and helps improving the immune system.
Green pea is full of useful minerals, antioxidants, vitamins, and phyto-nutrients. All these ingredients make it very healthy vegetable, which we must try eat more frequently.
I must admit that I don’t eat it that often as I have to but I promise myself that I’ll do my best to change that in the future.

How to prepare your Green Pea and Potato Bake
GREEN PEA AND POTATO BAKE
Ingredients
- 500-600 g potatoes
- 2 Carrots
- 1 onion
- 300-400 g green peas frozen or canned
- 1 cups canned chopped tomatoes or tomato sause or fresh tomatoes
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs dried mint
- 1 cups Water
- Salt by taste
- black pepper by taste
Instructions
- Peel and cut the onion on fine small pieces. Peel and cut the potatoes and the carrots into cubes as big as 1 cm.
- Fry the onion and the carrots in olive oil for about 5 minutes on medium heat. After that put the potatoes there and mix them well.
- Pour the tomatoes, add water, add the green peas and the spices. Let them simmer.
- Preheat the oven. When the potatoes are almost boiled, put the dish to a shape suitable for the oven bake it on 200°C. The dish will be ready when the potatoes are absolutely boiled and the whole liquid has evaporated.
