- 500-600 g potatoes

- 300-400 г green peas frozen or canned
- 1 cups canned chopped tomatoes or tomato sause or fresh tomatoes
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs dried mint
- 1 cups of water
- salt by taste

Green pea is not only very delicious vegetable, but it’s full of very important and healthy ingredients. The combination of vitamins B1, B2, B6, C and iron automatically makes it a very strong fighter against fatigue, anemia, solves the problem with studying and helps improving the immune system.
Green pea is full of useful minerals, antioxidants, vitamins, and phyto-nutrients. All these ingredients make it very healthy vegetable, which we must try eat more frequently.
I must admit that I don’t eat it that often as I have to but I promise myself that I’ll do my best to change that in the future.
