Ingredients needed for the vegan vegetable Pizza
For garnishing
- 12 tbs tomato purée
- 1 red onion small
- 1 red pepper
- 1 zucchini small
- 6-7 button mushrooms

This is a basic pizza recipe that’s fast and easy. I have the dough recipe from a friend of mine who’s the pizza master at his own home… 🙂 It has been tried out many times and is super successful. The dough is enough for 4 small pizzas or 2 large ones.
The stuffing is of course depending on your tastes, I often improvise and try to use the leftover vegetables I have on hand. A few leaves of fresh basil add flavor and freshness. If you are not on a special fast or vegan diet, you can add a little mozzarella and you’ll end up with wonderfully delicious veggie pizza.
How to prepare this tasty Vegan Vegetable Pizza step by step
Vegan Vegetable Pizza
Ingredients
For the dough
- 400 g flour
- 250 ml water
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
For garnishing
- 12 tbs tomato purée
- 1 red onion small
- 1 red pepper
- 1 zucchini small
- 6-7 button mushrooms
Instructions
- Transfer the flour to a bowl and combine with the rest of the ingredients for the dough. Knead the mixture with your hands and add some more flour if the dough is too soft.
- Cut the vegetables for garnishing into thin slices or however you prefer; just keep them thin, so they cook more easily.
- I have small pizza pans, that’s why I make 2 small pizzas per person. Just divide the dough on 4 equal parts and roll out thin crust.
- Spread 3 tbs tomato sauce on each crust, season with a pinch of salt and oregano.
- Garnish with vegetables and bake for 20-30 minutes on 200° C in a preheated oven. You should be watching for golden crust and cooked vegetables, that’s when your pizza is ready.
