Instructions
- Combine the chickpeas, avocado, onion, salt, black pepper and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until obtaining a grainy mass, not purée.
- Spread the mixture onto the slices of bread and serve with lettuce and a few tomato slices for garnish.
